Pennsylvania Journal, August 23, 1775
The Subscriber takes this method to acquaint his friends and the public in general,
that if proper encouragement be given, he will continue to make Cartridges for quick
Fire, likewise Balls for the Artillery, and flatters himself, he shall be able to
give satisfaction to all who please to favour him with their cutsom, as they may
depend on having their orders executed with care and dispatch, by their very humble
servant.
